Chris is a mature self taught artist living in Taunton Somerset with his two daughters. He has been painting local scenes and wild life for a number of years. The materials he uses are acrylics on card or board. He sells originals and prints to order, and carries out commissioned work : cottages, houses, pubs. hotels, pets, and personal scenes or landscapes. Chris deals with all transactions personally, and prides himself in being fully involved with all his customers.
Chris painted the picture of Furture Perfect and has generously offered the Trust a donation of a third of the price when it is sold. Brian Sweet is an artist and graphic designer based in Lydeard St Lawrence. His picture of Firepool Lock will strike a chord with many of those involved in restoring and maintaining the Bridgwater and Taunton Canal.
